WPA2-passwords are configured under VSC profile. Choose the VSC on left on webinface-menutree. On the right side "Wireless protection", Key source "preshared key", Key: HereIsThePassword. That's it!

I don't know OpsView. I'm using nagios/icinga and wrote a script. Script using snmp. Under "1.3.6.1.4.1.8744.5.23.1.2.1.1" there are statusinformations. Perhaps it helps?

No way. LAN-Port is access port not trunk port. You can assign management-IP on physical-port not on VLAN-interface.If distance between APs is not so far maybe local meshing helps?
